Learn strategies to strengthen your core and enhance your practice with Katie! Bring socks as we're going to practice some new exercises I learned in my recent HotCore by Buti Yoga training. The first step to a strong core is a deeper awareness of what engaging it should feel like, including perfecting your mula bandha. Let's have some fun!
